  我每天都很用心的听磁带,上课时用心听老师讲解,积极回答问题,大胆的说出英语,上了一个星期,我感觉还不错,英语也没那么难么!星期天妈妈给我做了个小测试,结果错了三道题,听力和句子没错,都是错在eraser和crayon这俩个词上,我老是把两个词弄混。

  妈妈帮我想了个点子,她说:"昨天,我们上文具店,妈妈给你买了一盒五颜六色的crayon,这盒crayon可以帮助你画出最美丽的图画。"然后妈妈就看着我,我明白妈妈的意思,就赶紧接着说:"我用crayon画画时,画错了,就用eraser擦,eraser软软的,许多同学都喜欢在用pencil在eraser上捣洞洞,我喜欢把eraser当成弹力球玩。妈妈特别讨厌我用eraser,因为妈妈认为我写作业时老用eraser就会耽误时间,还很脏!"妈妈这个方法真好,我想我以后再也不会弄混eraser和crayon了。

Today, the government takes some actions to limit the topic of TV series, so as to educate people not to believe in ghost. Actually, some people are very stubborn to change their attitude towards the long term impression. Though they are superstitious, they know bad guys will be hunted by ghost, so they are not dared to do something bad and follow the rules all the time. Superstitious people have their judgement about justice, because they have their faith. I think it is good for them. If they don’t do the extreme thing, we should not blame them. While for better educate the young generation, scientific ways are advocated. We can change people’s mind from generation to generation.

  My View on Over-Consumption

  Some people are in favor of the idea of over-consumption. They point out the fact that Chinas rapid economic development has materially enriched the lives of ordinary Chinese people, and at the same time increased our demands as consumers. They also argue that the rising consumption helps drive economic growth.

  However, other people stand on a different ground. They consider it harmful to consume more than what their family can afford. They firmly point out that the dogged pursuit for more accounts for our debts, anxiety, waste and overload. An example can back up this arguement: The American financial crisis caused by over consumption made the people of the world worse off.

  There is some truth in both arguements. But I think the disadvantages of over-consumption outweigh the advantages. In addititon to the above-mentioned negative effects, the surging consuming demand threatens to exhaust our resources and spoil our environment.

  To conclude, our government is advocating ideas of conservation-minded society and sustainable development. Whether due to sense of guilt about waste, or a simple desire to save money, we need to promote sustainable consumption.

In the afternoon, we took a bus to a building where the governors worked to interview a grandpa, who used to work for the young generation. He is kind, and healthy, though he is over eighty. He loves working, especially working for the youth. He feels more energetic as he talks with kids. At last, he asked us to sing a song for him. We sent a boy on behalf of us all to sing a happy song. He didn’t disappoint us, making everyone present laugh for a while. When the interview ended, we headed back to the newspaper office.The leader handed each of us a diploma and the photos we took that morning. Good time passed quickly. We said good-bye to each other, and then we parted. Yeah, we’ve become friends though we haven’t known each other very long. In a word, that was a meaningful enjoyable day. I really had great fun.
