一、教案设计思路: “There are three hundred and sixty trades,and every trade has its master.”(三百六十行;行行出状元),面对日趋紧张的就业压力和竞争,理想和现实的冲突和选择;青年学生何去何从?通过本单元的语言学习和课堂交际活动,了解就业行情, 学会谈论自己与他人的职业;谈论自己或他人的职业理想并陈述原因;学会看懂和书写英文招聘启事和求职供求信息,是教会学生初步学会生存本领,了解社会的基本要求。
二、本单元教学目标
1. 学会谈论自己与他人的职业;
2. 谈论自己或他人将来想从事的职业并陈述原因;
3. 引导学生初步学习动词的一般现在时态;
4. 培养学生人际交往、逻辑表达及内省等多元智能;
5. 培养学生自主学习的学习策略和推测词义的思维技巧。

Step Four:Form Four of Pre-task(Occupations &Working places)
Show some of their work on the screen.
Step Five: Listening and number the people in P.1a.
Qs:Who’s the reporter/the doctor/the sales assistant?
Step Six:Pair Work(Ss into pairs/groups practise the following dialogue, with the help of the pictures and key words:)
