3.1 Text explanation

1)感叹句-以what开头的感叹句结构为:

What+ adj+ n +主语+ 谓语!

主语和谓语经常被省略:

What an interesting play (it is)! 多么有趣的一出戏。

What a lot of flowers! 这么多花啊!

2)用how引导的感叹句,结构为:how+adj/adv+ 主语+谓语

How exciting the game was! 这次比赛多激动人心啊!

How beautiful the flowers are! 这花多漂亮啊!

现在进行时与一般现在时

1)现在进行时表示说话时正在进行的动作或正在发生的事件,往往与now, just等副词连用。

John is still sleeping.约翰正在睡觉。

Jane is just dressing up. 简正在打扮。

2)一般现在时可以表习惯性动作,往往与频度副词连用,如often , sometimes, never等。

Do you often come here? 你常来这吗?

I always go to the library on Friday. 星期五我常去图书馆。

3)现在进行时可表将来

有些动词,如come, go, leave, return, arrive, begin, start等,它们的现在进行时可表示不远的将来要发生的事情。

Mary is coming back from her visit to Shanghai. 玛丽很快就要从上海访问回来了。

本篇课文所涉及的主题关于late rise,这是个较为普遍的社会现象,而由于late rise 而导致很多人都忽略了早餐的重要性。所以,在这我们可以这个为主题呼吁学生要养成早睡早起习惯并且强调早餐的重要性。

Example: early rise dose good to your health, and you will notice that the work efficiency are higher contribute to your early rise.

2. the late rise will cause the lack of your breakfast

However, the breakfast is the most important meal of the day.

A healthy breakfast is a requirement for anyone in the process of achieving and maintaining an appropriate weight. We need energy at the beginning of the day and the consumption of a healthy breakfast makes us far less likely to indulge in high calorie snacks or overeating during lunchtime.

1) If you are feeling too lazy to get out of bed in the morning specially on Sunday mornings. What will you mother say? Every two students work in a pair to make up a conversation .

2) A: The teacher gives each student a piece of paper then divide them into 2 groups .

B:One group makes sentences using present continuous tense and the other group maks sentences using simple presnet tense.Then the teacher collect all the paper.

C:Every student choose a piece of paper then try to change the sentence in anther tense.
