She is in charge of the company. She is 34 years old. She is tall, thin and very kind. She likes going shopping and reading books.

　　My grandfather live with us. He’s old, short， and a little bit fat. He loves us very much. He likes listening to the Yue-Opra. My grandmother lives with us, too. Some people think it's quite necessary to hire a tutor to help the students with their homework, while some people argue that hiring a tutor has more disadvantages than advantages.

　　On the surface, hiring a tutor can help students to improve their marks, but in fact, it takes up too much time of the students' time that they will have no time for rest and entertainment. They spend all their time on study, they don't have time to do exercise or play outside. What's more, some teachers are eager to help students to do well on the exams, offering unnecessary tasks for the students, in this case, the students burden will be very heavy to some degree. Thus, I think it's not necessary to have private tutors.

　　表面上看，请家教能帮助学生提高成绩。但实际上，它占用了学生过多的休息于娱乐时间。学生们把所有的`时间都花在学习上，都没有剩余的时间去锻炼或者出去玩。更糟糕的是，有些老师忙于帮学生提高成绩，无意中给学生增加了很多压力。因此，我认为请家教弊大于利。

　　如今，家庭主男已经成为现代社会中的一个热点现象。我们都知道，无论什么样的国家，男人在家庭中起着核心作用一直都是传统，他们接起挣钱养家的责任。但随着社会的发展，情况已经变了，越来越多的男性开始接管家务，而女性则走出家庭。在我看来，这并不是什么大不了的事情。

　　In the first place, house husband may be a shame title for men, but when it comes to money, there is no room for reputation. As society develops, the life standard are rising, and everything for living is much expensive than before, if couples want to guarantee their life quality, then they should let the one who earn better to work, although the one is female.

　　首先，家庭主男对男性来说可能是一个可耻的称呼，但当谈到钱的时候，名声就站不住脚了。随着社会的发展，生活水平的提高，生活中的一切东西都比以前昂贵了，如果一对夫妇要保证他们的生活质量，那么他们应该让工资更高的人去工作，就算那个是女性也一样。

　　In the second place, it’s fine for women to support family as long as they earn better than men. In the past, women always were treated very badly, and they got no rights to be educated, to work. In some countries, they can’t even show their face to others. A traditional female role is to stay at home, taking care of children and do all of the housework. But now, lots of women have a good job, so that they totally have the ability to be the economic backbone. Therefore, in order to take good care of family, men are likely to stay at home to do housework. I don’t think it’s a shame for men, because no matter what you do, as long as you do it well, you are successful.

　　第二，只要女性能比男性挣得更多，让她们来支撑家庭也是可以的。在过去，女性一直被恶劣对待，他们也没有受教育，工作的权利。在一些国家，她们甚至不能给别人看她们的脸。传统的女性角色是呆在家里，照顾孩子，做所有的家务。但是现在，许多女性都有一份好的工作，他们完全有能力成为家里的经济支柱。因此，为了照顾家庭，男性更有可能呆在家里做家务。我不认为这是男人的'耻辱，因为无论你做什么，只要你做得好，你就是成功的。

　　To sum up, people should change their opinion about core role of a family. It’s acceptable for women to support the family, and there is no shame for men to do the housework. As long as you remember life quality comes first.

　　综上所述，人们应该改变关于在家庭中谁起核心作用的观点。女性养家是可接受的，所以男性做家务也是不用感到羞耻的。只要记住生活质量才是最重要的。
