　　一、背格式

　　小作文重格式的特点要求考生们在格式上不能犯错，熟悉一些应用文的格式和英文中应用文的表达习惯。句子无误是小作文得高分的第一步。

　　1、称呼格式

　　1)对陌生的团体负责人的称谓：Dear Madam or Dear Sir

　　2)用于对认识但是关系很正式的个人、组织或团体负责人的称谓：Dear Ms.... or Dear Mr. ...

　　3)用于对关系亲密的人的称谓：Dear Tom/Lucy (or any other name)

　　2、正文格式

　　三、布局

　　格式正确包括三部分，称呼，正文以及署名问候。

　　其中称呼是可以在题干中找到的，但是他存在以下几种情况，第一种是知道收件人的姓名，比如Dear Bob，第二种是不知道收件人的姓名那我们就用统一的Dear Sir or Madam，最后一种是知道收件人的职位，Dear Professor，正文，我们可以采取缩进式和我们平时书写是一样的，结尾就是问候：Yours sincerely，特别提醒sincerely后面逗号不能丢署名：Li Ming，特别注意Li Ming后面一定不能出现句点。只要仔细认真的我们，这部分对我们来说是不难的。语域恰当就是要求我们用正式的语气，在文章中尽量不要出现祈使句，疑问句，还有缩写等。

　　语言准确就是要求我们语法准确，单词拼写正确，标点正确。

　　因此这就需要考生充分利用考试时间，在书写完毕之后，避免就置之不理，一定要进行检查，防止出现一些基本的语法错误和单词拼写错误，影响整篇文章的'质量而被扣分。在此建议大家在写完之后至少要留出两三分钟的时间把文章通读一遍，进行要的语法修改。
