We did not play basketball for a long time, so we had a great time together. Afternoon, my mom didn't let me out because of the hot weather. So I have to be at home and finish my homework. Surprisingly, my grandparents visited us on April 30. It was the Spring Festival when I saw them last time. I missed them a lot. In the two days, we went to the parks and zoo during the day. At night, we watched TV together and talked. My grand parents cared about my study and asked some questions about it. I told them that I studied hard and that they didn't have to worry about me. 　　“疯”夺红卡

　　英语节的第一个项目就是得红卡。首先你得去找一个老师，回答完老师问的问题后，就可以得到一张小红卡。一到下课，同学们都跃跃欲试。大家都抢先跑出去找老师。

　　我和几名同学先到了医务室，可惜老师说她没有卡。我们不放弃一丝希望又跑到了体育办公室。

　　里面的人可真多，同学都排起了长队，等着老师问他们问题呢！

　　“When is your father’s birthday？”终于轮到我了。

　　“Uh...My father’s birthday is ...September first.”我回答时显得有些紧张，说完，老师便递给我一张红卡。

　　“谢谢老师！”好开心啊，这可是我拿到的第一张红卡。

　　接下来的一天里，同学们都在课余时间陆续跑出去寻找老师，有的同学都拿到了九张！可能是同学找老师找得太积极了吧，许多老师的红卡都被抢光了。我的速度也不够快，只拿到了三张。真是一大遗憾啊！

　　英语游戏

　　接下来的几天里，我们有各式各样的活动。比如说单词接龙啊，连词成句啦。特别是在玩连词成句的时候，那叫一个激烈。我和林煊如的'脚绑在一起，但是也不管那么多，直接向前冲，差点摔倒。一拿到纸条我就不管它字写的好不好看，在黑板上“龙飞凤舞”起来。我们在写的时候，还有同学来帮我们解开绳子，这不仅让我感受到了激烈的气氛，更是有一股团结的力量在为我们加油。

　　在同学们的齐心协力下，我们这队获得了第一名！

　　跳蚤市场

　　跳蚤市场无疑是英语节同学们最期待的一个项目。我们在前一周就开始策划如何进货，怎么摆摊、售卖。到了星期五中午，同学们吃完饭就开始行动啦！

　　我们这一小组服装统一换上班服，还在班服上面贴上我们的名片。接着，大伙儿一起把我们要卖的东西抬下去，下面已经摆好了乒乓桌，而且还铺上了桌布呢！

　　大家都在忙着摆好货物，摆好标价。过了许久，准备完毕。英语节义卖活动开始啦！

　　最初，我和陈思琪一起去外面发放传单。但是，有些人对我们“爱理不理”，传单过了许久都发不出去。没办法，我们只好换成去外面推销商品。

　　我们提着袋子，碰上几个人就问需不需要。有些大姐姐都停下脚步来，看着这些可爱的商品，就忍不住都买下来了。我们在外面卖出了很多东西，这也让我感受到了做销售员的不容易。

　　再次回到店里，我们班这里的生意真是好的不得了。当然，潘怡伽那组的“中国第一黑点”也是吸引来了不少人。最受欢迎的还要数我们这的寿司，到最后都被买光了。我自己也是买了一盒还想买，味道好极了！

　　这次的英语节真是丰富多彩，不仅让我开心，还给了我许多锻炼的机会。

　　之后，我们开始复习了，老师先给同学们讲不会的题。背单词，背对话，读短语。

　　接着，老师讲练习册，让同学讲题，而且答得正确加5分。同学们争先恐后地举着手，有人站在凳子上举手，有人站在桌子上举手，有人把叫我二字写在本上让老师看，弄的老师哭笑不得，最后，老师还是让同学们按顺序起来回答。

　　之后，我们又学了新对话，是爱丽斯过生日的故事。老师让同桌呼吸读并且背下来。

　　然后我们又玩了会儿写纸条的游戏，规则是有些人写人物，有些人写地点，有些人写干什么，最后收起来，让老师读，如周杰伦在天安门钓鱼，孙悟空在茅厕吃饭……笑的'同学们人仰马翻。

　　going to an amusement park or ball game, watching a movie or television, are fun activities that help us rela, temporarily forget our problems and maybe even laugh. but they do not bring happiness, because their positive effects end when the fun ends.i have often thought that if hollywood stars have a role to play, it is to teach us that happiness has nothing to do with fun. these rich, beautiful individuals have constant access to glamorous parties, fancy cars, epensive homes, everything that spells "happiness".

　　but in memoir after memoir, celebrities reveal the unhappiness hidden beneath all their fun: depression, alcoholism, drug addiction, broken marriages, troubled children, profound loneliness. the way people cling to the belief that a fun-filled, pain-free life equates happiness actually diminishes their chances of ever attaining real happiness. if fun and pleasure are equated with happiness, then pain must be equated with unhappiness. but, in fact, the opposite is true: more times than not, things that lead to happiness involve some pain.

　　as a result, many people avoid the very endeavors that are the source of true happiness. they fear the pain inevitably brought by such things as marriage, raising children, professional achievement, religious commitment, civic or charitable work, and self-improvement.
