　　第四个非常重要，是要给老师挖陷阱，善于把希望老师想要提问的信息放在自我介绍里。

　　比如说可以说，大学期间你有一个特别优秀的朋友，他给你整个大学四年带来了积极的影响。那老师很可能会问：他给你什么影响了啊？这样你就可以用提前准备的内容去回答了，语言流利度自然就提升了。

　　第五个用手机录下你的自我介绍。因为很多人在紧张时，很可能眼神啊、手势啊，表现不佳。你只有以第三方的角度从视频里看自己，才能挑出错误。
