能源基金委员会以及其为执行与管理能源基金委员会计划而任用之代理商、承办商均无就以下事项直接或间接地作出以下保证或声明：
能够不间断、及时、安全及无误地参与及/或利用该计划、该计划材料、内容、其中所载数据及/或功能之全部或部分。
各用户及会员所获得之信息或服务之质素在任何方面均符合用户及会员之预期。
责任限制：在无损上述任何条文之前提下，各用户及会员明确表示理解及同意及其代理商、承办商不须就下列事项承担任何法律责任：(a)各用户及会员因登记加入能源基金委员会，获得信息或服务所引致之任何损失、成本及损害，(b)任何间接、附带发生、特殊、作为结果发生或惩戒性损害，包括但不限于盈利损失、信誉、数据或其他无形损失等损害;即使能源基金委员会及其代理商已获知会会员可能引致上述损害，亦不例外。
通知：给予各会员之通知可透过电子邮件或普通邮件或手机消息发出。之外，本站亦可通过在其服务程序上，展现给予一般会员之通告或有关链接，提供有关条款及条件之变动或其他事项之通知。
能源基金委员会保留全力可随时修改本文所列的条款及细则，而不作另行通知。
如有任何涉及能源基金委员会计划之争议，以能源基金委员会作出之决定为最终决定。
CEFC and any agents or contractors (If any) that it may use in the execution and management of any program do not warrant or represent (either directly or indirectly):
that participation in and/or access to the whole or part(s) of the program, program materials, contents, information and/or functions contained therein will be provided uninterrupted, timely, secure and error-free.
that the quality of information or service provided by CEFC will meet User and Member's expectations in any way.
Limitation of Liability: Without prejudice to any provisions in the foregoing, Users and Members expressly understand and agree that CEFC and its agents shall not be liable for (a) any losses, costs and damages resulting from the User and Member's enrollment on the information or service (b) any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data or other intangible losses even if CEFC and its agents have been advised of the possibility of such damage(s) resulting from User and Member's participation.
Notice: Notices to Users and Members may be made via either e-mail or regular mail or mobile phone message. The website may also provide notices of changes to the Terms and Conditions or other matters by displaying notices or links to notices to Users and Members generally on the service.
CEFC reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
