　　职位描述：

　　1、解读汽车项目的实验标准、要求和规范，输出客户需要的文件；

　　2、协助项目经理处理客户的各种问题；

　　3、派驻在知名汽车主机厂提供技术支持，完成客户交办的'各种任务，妥善处理好客户关系；

　　4、及时有效的执行并完成领导下达的工作任务。

　　任职条件：

　　1、大专及以上学历，车辆工程、汽车服务工程、材料类、机械类、自动化、电子类或物理学专业背景

　　2、熟悉汽车材料、内外饰件或零配件可靠性的测试要求，有汽车主机厂或零配件项目经验优先；

　　3、有以下任意汽车实验室检测项目经验者优先：如环境可靠性测试、电学性能测试、功能测试、emc测试、机械测试、振动测试、材料物理性能和老化测试、材料失效分析或绿色环保测试(如voc )及化学法规符合性服务项目

　　4、良好的沟通能力及团队协作精神；

　　5、能够阅读英文标准；

　　职责描述：

　　job objectives/岗位设立目的：

　　to independently handle msc c&b related operational job and support on optimization of company c&b policy，process，structure so that to ensure company compensation and benefits structure meet business needs as well as improve market competitiveness.

　　job scope/岗位责任范围：

　　the position is to be responsible for daily operations on c&b related topics，including but not limited to monthly payroll，social benefits，monthly personnel cost analysis，attendance management，hris maintenance.

　　main responsibilities/主要职责：

　　be responsible for handling of monthly payroll processes for regular employees，including attendance record，leave calculation，social benefits contributions，etc. to make sure on time payout with 100% accuracy.

　　be responsible for payroll for seasonal employees done to ensure on time payout with 100% accuracy.

　　be responsible for coordination with finance and controlling regarding monthly personnel expense analysis including justification for deviation

　　provide support on annual salary review process according to defined schedule and guideline，including preparation of proposal sheet，consolidation of dept. proposals，preparation of communication letters，hris uploading as well as final payout with 100% accuracy.

　　be responsible for annual social benefits declaration and support on social benefits audit with data preparations and effective communications.

　　be responsible for hris maintenance and personal filing management to make sure all personal related information is kept always most updated and well recorded.

　　support other c&b topics such as employee certificate preparation，audit preparation，visa application，etc..

　　implement other tasks assigned by superior to meet superior’s expectation.

　　minimum position requirements (must have)/基本岗位任职条件：

　　bachelor degree in science and technology，business management and other hr related majors.

　　at least 3 years experiences in hr functions of jv or wofe with minimum 1 year independent working in c&b function.

　　good communication skill both in chinese and english.

　　advanced knowledge of microsoft office applications (outlook，excel，word，especially in powerpoint).

　　strong personal integrity with professional ethics.

　　1、对接车厂项目，项目跟进，制定项目计划等;

　　2、根据年度整体目标，制定部门阶段工作计划;

　　3、制定部门市场工作计划并督促计划落地实施;

　　4、收集反馈工作计划的执行情况;

　　5、根据客户提供的`要求制定项目方案书;

　　6、能够完成项目体系文件的制定(apqp、ppap、fmea)

　　任职要求：

　　1)25-35岁;

　　2)本科及以上学历，电子专业优先，有较好的英语沟通能力;

　　3)熟悉产品研发流程、工厂生产流程。参与过实际的项目运转经验，如针对客户的rfq进行分析，分析后给出结果，协调项目的团队分工。

　　5)熟悉project项目管理软件等辅助软件应用，有电子部品的零部件供应商工作经验优先。

　　1、负责零配件的库存计划、购买及销售，负责整体库存组织（进货、出货、库房安排、保修返件和零配件调配、库存目录。

　　2、计划零配件部门的营业额和利润，制定具体的产品的.业务目标，如轮胎、空调等，保证实现高的服务和营业额指标。定期向服务经理汇报营业额及营销活动的结果。
