三、课堂教学设计
1.复习值日生报告。
2.指导学生阅读课文第1部分,要求学生用铅笔划出不认识的词或短语,并尽力结合上下文去猜测。教师板书两个读前提问(Pre-reading questions):
1) What are they going to do next week? 2) When are they going to leave?
3.教师为学生提供四分半或更多一点时间(本段对话计151个词),学生自己阅读。规定时限过后,组织学生回答黑板上的问题。答案中如涉及新词和短语,教师要及时提供帮助。
4.指导学生按出现的顺序将生词及短语挑出。教师要逐个写在黑板上,先启发学生猜测,然后给出正确解释。领读生词,反复多遍,至学生初步掌握为止。
5.放课文录音,学生跟读,反复三遍。解答学生问题,讲解难句(见难点讲解1~4)。
6.指导学生两人一组做课文第2部分问答练习。请几组同学给出答案。
7.准备做听力练习。给学生一分钟准备。
放录音三遍,学生边听边在练习册上填空。当堂核对答案。
8.布置作业
1)练习朗读本课对话;2)抄写生词及短语;3)完成练习册习题。
四、难点讲解
1.We're not going to have any classes next week.下周我们不上课了。
句中动词have表示上课。have的用法很多,到目前学过的有:
1) Do you have a piece of paper?你有一张纸吗?
2) What time do you usually have breakfast?你通常什么时候吃早饭?
3) May I have a cup of tea?我能喝杯茶吗?
4) We're going to have an English class this afternoon.今天下午我们要上一节英语课。
此外,还有一些短语,如: have a swim,游泳; have a look,看一看,等。
2.We're going to help some farmers with their work.我们要去帮助农民们干活。
help sb. with sth.帮助某人做某事。例如:
Jim often helps Li Lei with his English.吉姆经常帮助李磊学习英语。
3.It's much better than having classes!这比上课好多啦!
代词it代替上文中提到的去农场劳动一事。副词much用在比较级前,表示程度。类似的副词还有a little等。例如: Han Meimei is a little younger than Kate.韩美美比凯特小一点。
4.It's time for class.该上课了。
介词for后面接名词。再如: It's time for school.该上学了。
It's time…后面接to,可跟动词短语,例如: It's time to go to bed.该睡觉了。
